The REBNY Residential Listing Service (RLS) allows for the sharing of exclusive listings among all REBNY brokerage firms that are members of REBNY’s Residential Brokerage Division (RBD). The RLS powers the listings seen on New York City’s public facing websites including brokerages and third parties. In other words, it provides the listing inventory that you see in the internal listing interface at your brokerage.
