NEW YORK -- The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) has announced those in the running for 2020’s Most Ingenious Deal of the Year, the prestigious distinction honoring New York City’s most notable transactions executed by top commercial real estate brokers.

Highlighting outstanding professional excellence and acumen, the competition, now in its 77th year, will showcase 12 unique deals at the REBNY Sales Brokers Committee’s Virtual 77th Annual Most Ingenious Deal of the Year Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. Awards will be given to the first, second and third-place winners selected by a panel of real estate industry leaders.

“The contestants in this year’s landmark competition are in another class of their own and truly embody the ingenious spirit of this contest,” said REBNY President James Whelan. “To be able to successfully close deals of this caliber and significance in the midst of an unprecedented global pandemic is nothing short of extraordinary, and we look forward to celebrating their accomplishments.”
