Ethics Course
New members of REBNY’s Commercial and Residential Brokerage Divisions attend an Ethics Course. In this course, new members review the REBNY Code of Ethics and the Universal Co-Brokerage Agreement with industry leaders. This course is required and free of charge to new members. Seating is limited.

RESIDENTIAL BROKERAGE ETHICS COURSE
All new residential brokers, associate brokers, salespersons and managers of branch offices affiliated with the firm must complete this mandatory course within 90 days of joining REBNY.
COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE ETHICS COURSE
The Commercial Brokerage Ethics Course is a membership requirement approved by the Commercial Brokerage Board of Directors. All new REBNY members who are commercial brokers and salespersons must complete this course in the first year of membership in order to continue your membership in good standing.
