REBNY COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests for REBNY Online Distance Learning courses must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase.

LIVE COURSES

REBNY reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum enrollment requirement of ten (10) students is not met. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

REBNY reserves the right to cancel or reschedule walking tour classes due to inclement weather or other conditions that may affect participant safety. Your safety is our top priority, and we will notify registered attendees as soon as possible of any schedule changes.

Cancellation requests for Continuing Education courses must be submitted in writing via email to education@rebny.com at least one (1) day prior to the start of the class. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the course.

In-person and virtual courses are separate products, and individual courses cannot be combined, transferred, or interchanged. Participants must complete 100% of a course in the format in which they originally enrolled.

Licensees may complete their 22.5-hour Continuing Education requirement through a combination of individual in-person and virtual courses, provided all New York State Department of State requirements are satisfied.
