REBNY and NYSAR Applaud Governor Hochul for Signing Legislation Regarding Electronic Notarization

Following Governor Kathy Hochul’s signing of legislation permanently authorizing electronic notarization, which will play an important role in modernizing real estate closing transactions in New York State, the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and the New York State Association of REALTORS (NYSAR) released the following statement:
