Join experienced residential management professionals as they share their best practices.
Ben’s seminar will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2017, from 8:30-10:00 a.m. at 570 Lexington Avenue in the Harry B. Helmsley Boardroom (2nd Floor). The seminar will provide an overview of general insurance coverage as required by managed properties, in addition to insurance requirements for contractors working for managed properties when they perform alterations. The seminar will also touch on the basics of claims procedures.
Bill’s seminar will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at 570 Lexington Avenue in the Mendik Education Center (Lower Lever). The seminar will focus on budgeting strategies when considering alterations and capital improvements. This seminar is best suited for residential property managers and building operators.
The seminar will take place on Tuesday, May 30, 2017, from 8:30-10 a.m. at REBNY's Offices, 570 Lexington Avenue in the Mendik Education Center (Lower Level). It provided an overview of common violations relating to residential building compliance regulations such as lead based paint, facades, boilers, cooling towers, and elevators. The presentation is best suited for residential property managers and building operators.

Adam’s seminar was held on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at 570 Lexington Avenue in the Mendik Education Center (Lower Level). The seminar will provide an overview of regulations relating to residential building compliance such as, common fillings, inspections, and various city deadlines. A broad range of residential property regulations were covered such as lead based paint, facades, boilers, cooling towers, and elevators.
