CRAIN's --Times Square parking lot hits market
August 4, 2014
A block-through property between Eighth and Ninth avenues at 322-326 W. 44th St. could support a commercial or residential development of as much as 35,400 square feet.
A mid-block parking lot two blocks north of the Port Authority Bus Terminal may soon be reborn as an hotel or mixed-use development on the increasingly hot area west of Times Square.
Eastern Consolidated is marketing the through-block site at 322-326 West 44th St., between Eighth and Ninth avenues, which could accommodate about 35,400 square feet of development.
