CRAIN'S --8-story medical building slated for Bedpan Alley
February 21, 2014
New owners of the development site at 330 E. 62nd St. are already pitching their planned 100,000-square-foot property to potential tenants.
A group of investors has acquired 330 E. 62nd St., a development site where the new owner plans to erect a nearly 100,000-square-foot medical building.
"It's the strongest medical neighborhood in the country, almost all the major hospitals in New York City have space on the Upper East Side," said Justin DiMare, a broker with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, who is representing the ownership group in marketing the development to potential tenants.
