Bernard Warren is President of Webb & Brooker, Inc. where he has overall responsibility for the firm. Mr. Warren joined Webb & Brooker in 1990. He has held positions of increasing responsibility, earning his current position as President.\n
At Webb & Brooker, Mr. Warren is directly responsible for supervising the staff at the firm’s headquarters and lead consultant to not for profit organizations developing and/or refinancing affordable housing. Through his work he has established close working relationships with federal, state and local housing agencies and is widely considered to be an expert in all aspects of housing policy, planning and operations.\n
Mr. Warren serves as the primary liaison for Boards, conducts negotiations with contractors and monitors buildings budgets. He has implemented multi-million dollar capital improvement programs and is an accomplished innovator focused on operational improvements that enhance productivity, efficiency and the quality of life at Webb & Brooker buildings.\n
Prior to joining Webb & Brooker, Mr. Warren was a Senior Retail Expansion Representative for the Federal Express Corporation, where he was responsible for planning, location and negotiating store front space. He also owned and managed a group of properties in Harlem and Queens, bringing a unique insider’s perspective to his work.\n
Mr. Warren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing Management from Baruch College and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Fordham University. His affiliations include serving on the Harlem Business Alliance and membership on the Board of Governors of the Real Estate Board of New York.\n
In 2005, Mr. Warren was selected as a Trustee for Stillman College, a historically Black College in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.\n
In 2006, Mr. Warren became one of the founding members of New York Affordable Housing Management Association, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation who’s purpose is to promote higher business standards and better service to owner-clients.\n
In addition, he currently serves as Vice President the Board of Managers for the Jamaica YMCA.\n
Mr. Warren is a regular guest lecturer at Baruch College."'
