• Student members with more than 4 years of student membership do not qualify for renewal 
• A person with a real estate license is not eligible for a Student Membership
• Student Membership does not provide access to the Residential Listing Service (RLS)

Principal member pays $3,120 annually; 9 additional members can join at no cost; 90 more members can join at $400 a year

Principal member pays $3,600 annually; 11 additional members can join at no cost; 488 more members can join at $400 a year
