Tariff Filing by Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. to Modify Its Electronic Tariff Schedule P.S.C. No. 10 – Electricity, Regarding Customer Responsibility Related to Required Transformers and Related Equipment.

Please consider this joint letter in response to your Notice Soliciting Comments, issued December 23, 2024 in the above referenced matter and as the New York Energy Consumers Council’s (“NYECC”) and the Real Estate Board of New York’s (“REBNY”) joint letter in opposition to Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.’s (“Con Edison” or “the Company”) November 7, 2024 Reply Comments (“Reply Comments”) and proposed revised draft tariff leaves filing in the above referenced Commission Case Number.

The NYECC and its predecessor organizations have represented the energy interests of commercial property owners and managers in New York City before State agencies for more than 70 years. NYECC also continues to represent hospitals, colleges, governmental agencies, cultural and financial institutions, housing cooperatives, and real estate organizations. NYECC's membership includes member landmark properties such as 7 World Trade Center and Rockefeller Center.
