7.5-hour: CNE Part B - Whom Do You Represent?

CNE 1 - Core Concepts This two-day course is for real estate professionals who wish to obtain CNE certification. These can be taken individually for 7.5 hour NYS continuing education credit, each day. After completing all 3 segments (CNE1, CNE2, and CNE3) the MCNE Designation is awarded. After completing any one segment (CNE1, CNE2, or CNE3) the CNE Designation is awarded. Please note that the Designation courses are not part of the $99/$190 deal. It was created by Tom Hayman, Harvard and Wharton trained, with 40 years¿ experience as a professional negotiator. The certification course is taught by national educator, Marie Spodek, DREI who brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to agents in this exciting new negotiation and business-building course, especially residential brokers. The Certification is facilitated by REBNY but conferred by Real Estate Negotiation Institute.
