7.5-hour:CNE2/Part B - Mastering Email Negotiations

CNE 2-Buyer Suite This two-day course is for real estate professionals who wish to further improve their negotiation skills and results for clients.These can be taken individually for 7.5 hour NYS continuing education credit, each day. Graduates of this class receive the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation plus credit towards the Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) designation. Please note that the Designation courses are not part of the $99/$190 deal. . It was created by Tom Hayman, Harvard and Wharton trained, with 40 years¿ experience as a professional negotiator. This certification course is taught by national educator/speaker and MCNE graduate Michael Walker who brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to agents in this exciting class that focuses on the Buyer¿s side of the table and written (email) negotiations in real estate. The Certification is facilitated by REBNY but conferred by Real Estate Negotiation Institute. Students learn how to apply the following skills to immediate real estate applications: ¿ A disciplined, structured approach to planning your real estate negotiations ¿ Understanding the sources of and how to use power in negotiations ¿ How to interview, present your value proposition, and set expectations with your buyers ¿ How to be more persuasive and successful in your written negotiations EXTRA BENEFITS: ¿ CNE certification awarded on Day Two (immediate marketing benefit) After completing all 3 segments: Core Concepts, Buyer Suite and Seller Suite ¿ the MCNE Designation is awarded.
