Sandra moved from her home state of New Jersey to Brooklyn in 1984. Believing in home ownership she quickly purchased a coop in a brownstone conversion in Prospect Heights. Michael Dowling ,her broker subsequentially became her husband. At a later date she jopined Michael Dowling, Ltd. from there established her own firm in 1995 as Principal Broker in Brooklyn Heights Real Estate, Inc. (BHRE).\n
BHRE located at 158 Montague Street since 1995 has remained at it’s initial location whereas other corporate brokerage firms keep shifting ownerships identities and locations. BHRE’s continued success in an era of corporate level real estate is tied to it’s boutique environment with knowledgeable, friendly and professional long term agents leading to repeat business and referrals.
