RESIDENTIAL BROKERAGE ETHICS COURSE In this course, members will review the REBNY Code of Ethics and the Universal Co-Brokerage Agreement with industry leaders. This course is required and free of charge to members. Download the Universal Co-Brokerage Agreement All residential brokers, associate brokers, salespersons and managers of branch offices affiliated with the firm must complete this mandatory course within 90 days of joining REBNY. **This course does not satisfy NYS continuing education (CE) requirements for Ethics; no CE hours will be provided for this course as it is a contingency of REBNY membership and not associated with licensing requirements of New York State.
