Membership in the Real Estate Board of New York is dependent on the
prospective member's primary field of endeavor in the real estate profession.
The folllowing table defines the various levels of membership for Appraisers.
An appraiser is an
individual who's principal business is appraisal of real estate and is
a member of
the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers or a similar nationally
recognized organization.
