The REBNY Listing Service (RLS) is a sharing of listings system available to all REBNY firms who are members of the Residential Brokerage Division and non-members firms that receive revenue from the residential sales or rental of residential property located in the jurisdictions authorized by the Residential Board of Directors. This system mandates that within 72 hours of being engaged as an Exclusive Agent, every RLS member must initiate an offer of co-brokerage of all exclusive sale or rental listing located in the said jurisdictions to every other member of the RLS system that have expressed in writing an interest in receiving such listings, unless directed not to do so by the seller. Residential Member In Need Fund
The Member In Need Fund gives financial grants to REBNY members facing hardship because of a physical illness or a family crisis. All requests are kept confidential. The Member In Need Fund is financed by yearly proceeds from the Residential Deal of the Year Gala. An application can be requested through REBNY by calling Jeanne Oliver-Taylor at 212 616-5261.
