ARTICLEII. MEMBERSHIP
Section 6: Corporate Executive
Corporate Executive Membership: Any individual employed solely by a corporation in an executive capacity charged with the handling for that corporation of its real estate without additional compensation or fee for such activities other than his regular compensation, provided the corporation is not primarily engaged for itself or others in owning, managing, buying, selling or appraising real estate and provided (a) such corporation does not have a license as a real estate broker and (b) is not restricted to membership in any of the following classes of membership, may be elected through the usual process as a Corporate Executive Member.

ARTICLE IV. ANNUAL DUES Section 1: Corporate Executive 

Corporate Executive: The dues for a Corporate Executive member shall be $475.00 payable annually in advance on January 1st.

New applicants will receive provisional membership pending action by the Admissions Committee. The Admissions Committee must review a new member's application no later than 60 days from receipt of the application. In the event that the Admissions Committee does not reject the applicant, then the provisional membership shall become full memebrship. A provisional member shall have the full rights and obligations, during the 60-day period, of full membership.
